Floral Midi

In the spirit of spring and warmer days I'm all about bright colors, retro florals and a playful aesthetic. 

This bright lace midi totally makes me feel like the infamous red dress emoji. As of late, I have been drawn to vibrant prints - most likely because my feelings for the approaching summer are nothing short of vibrant. There are definitely days when I am feeling jeans and a t-shirt, but this dress is for the day I want to make an entrance. The midi length is simple while the high slits add an essential flirty vibe to the sundress. I will forever love an open back dress for the subtle amount of skin shown. It can create the most beautiful look - not to mention the confidence it can give for a special event. This lace up detailing is so feminine and dainty to me; I can't get enough! 

Paired with espadrille wedges and a couple of jeweled chokers, this look is essential for warmer weather. 

I have found other amazing floral midi's: this similar midi is definitely making its way into my closet. This white midi with floral detailing is so fitting for a trip to the beach; the high slit would be so fun with lace up sandals. Lastly, for all of you Dallas ladies, this patio lunch turned photoshoot at Breadwinner's on McKinney Ave. ended up being so much fun. The rooftop overlooks uptown and has a unique bar that is to die for. Not to mention the best mimosa's. Totally recommend!
